The Mystrey Island: Reached

 Bismillah, 

The fog opens and we see the island uncovered from the blanket of white. The crowd at the deck grew into a collective gasp. It was simply so beautiful, it didn't look as scary as people said, maybe they just said these things to scare people from going in...?  Maybe they were doing some secret work there, and chose the mystery island as the place? 

I shake my head to get rid of these thoughts, that won't be possible, maybe—

"Okay then, our adventure is just about to begin"

I step down carefully at the big jetty made for the ships after the captain, with the other 8 team members including Sana following (if we count the captain and me in, there will be a total 10 members of our team)

We walked and walked, it seemed to me that our rest-house was far from the jetty. I glance at my surroundings, the trees crowd over us, the bushes become bigger, and the bird voice is all around. Sometimes a rabbit would dart past us, but I felt like something wasn't just right. 

The lush green narrows, revealing a big cabin. The captain says

"This is it, there's food and 6 rooms in there. There's a hall, you have to share the rooms and one is extra, for emergencies I suppose"

I nod and we then step into the cabin. 

It was nice, decorated with flowers. It had a dining table with ten chairs, a television, a lamp, a rug and some stools. There was a kitchen too... 

A girl said we just have to take the can't out of the fridge and hot them, the five girls went into the kitchen including me, the boys set up the things and cleaned the place. 

I chop down vegetables for the burgers. The girls talk and laugh. Sana is frying the burger buns, and others are applying tomato ketchup and cheese to the already-fried buns. As I'm done with veggies, I join them. A girl whose name is Yara says to me: 

"Your brother had come here for research too, right?"

I swallow and look at Sana. The girls stop chatting, I finally say

"yes, he came here for research but he..."

I stop, they already know what must have happened. 

Sana then says

"That's why we both came here, to see what made him disappear and never return"

Another girl, whose name was Lily said

"we will try our best to do that, to explore this island and go back safely"

All the girls smile at me and Sana, somehow it made me feel better, these girls are nice, they give me hope.
