Story: The Spirit Of An Evil Witch

 Bismillah...

It's just not a story, it's a scary one. 

It's my first try writing horror stories.

So please give feedback on it. 

Mimi and Yumi were sleeping, however, Yara couldn't sleep, and the moonlight shone brightly on her pillow. She turned and tried to sleep. She sat on her bed, she looked out of the window that was next to her bed, it was quite dark. She looked at her little sisters, Yumi and Mimi, they were still asleep. She took a torch and opened it. And then lifted her pillow to reveal a very scary horror novel named The Creepy Corner, it wasn't a good idea to read that novel at night, especially when you can't sleep, but she still read it, moonlight still shining brightly on her pillow. 

The clock ticked 3:00 pm, and then, suddenly, the pages of her book turned, all by themselves, quickly and fast. Yara's heart came in her throat, there was no wind fast enough to flip the pages of her book that fast. She closed the book, kept it under her pillow, and then tried to sleep again. 

Yara was just about to sleep when she heard a sound. It was horrible like a ghost saying: 

Hooooooooooooooooo, haaaaaaaaaaaaaa iiiiiiiii yyyyyyyyyy

Her eyes widened, and her signs of sleep vanished. She tried to ignore it. She thought: "I must be imagining it, or maybe it's the wind, or, or… ." she was thinking something else too. She covered herself with her blanket and then looked at her siblings, who were sleeping peacefully. 

Her eyes were closed when she had to go to the toilet to pee, she sat up in her bed, the crows cawing outside her window, her heart beating triple fast, and she got up from her bed. She couldn't wet her bed. It was dark, so she took her torch. But then it closed. All by itself. When Yara tried to open the torch again, it didn't. 

Yara finally reached the toilet door. She did her business. But when she went to wash her hands. The tap closed by itself. Then started dripping blood. Yara screamed. She felt a light touch on her shoulder. But when she looked back, she saw nothing. And the toilet's light suddenly went off. 

Yara reached for the toilet's door, so she could get out of the toilet. But then, she saw that the doorknob was streaked with blood. And had a big large scary spider on it. 

She heard the sound again: 

Hoooooooooooooo haaaaaaa iiiiiii oooooooooo 

She screamed again, and then again felt a light touch on her shoulder. 

 Mimi and Yumi heard her screams and opened the toilet's door. 

Mimi said: "What's up? Sis, why are you screaming? "

" th-there's a-a… a gho-st I… In here" Yara replied. 

Yumi did not say anything, she just stood there, staring at Yara. 

"What!??? " Mimi said

Yara told her everything, but still Yumi didn't say anything. 

Then Yumi said something: "Haaaa, I'm the spirit of an evil witch. Who hated you, and now I'm going to kill you, ha ha ha "Her voice was extremely scary. 

 Yara caught Mimi's hand, and then ran out of the room, towards her parents' room. 

"Mummy, daddy, Yumi's possessed by an evil witch's spirit " Yara said, while Mimi started crying. 

"huh? " her mom said. 

"yup, " Yara told them everything. 

Mimi had closed the room, and Yumi started banging the door. All the while saying: 

"I'll kill you, ahhhhh I'll kill you"

Yara's Dad quickly called spirit controllers. 

The SC (Short for spirit controllers) came, and they caught Yumi. Put her in a special SC ambulance to treat her. While the family huddled in the same room. Scared to their core. 

Then, a member from the SC came, and asked Yara about what she had experienced, and Yara also told them what Yumi had said. 

The SC member called somebody and said

"Hi, I'm Rio. I'm here to inform you about something related to the witch that hated you" Here, he paused. Then continued: "It was August 12, and a boy was tied up on a tree, by that evil witch. She was still alive at that time, she had tied him up so she could eat him up. But had gone away to find some wood to burn the boy. In that while you came and freed the boy. That's why she hates you"

"but… but, s-he could eat something else! " Yara protested

"Well, witches can start hating someone very easily," Rio replied. 

After that, Rio stayed with them in case of another spirit

It was now 5:00 a.m., and the sun was starting to rise, the birds were chirping, but Yara and Mimi were still in their parent's room. Rio was talking to someone on call. After sometime, Rio said: 

"Good news! Yumi is okay now"

"hmmm mmmm, what about the spirit? " Mimi asked Rio

"oh, good question, the spirit is caught in a bottle than it'll be thrown in the sea, never to come back again" Rio replied

"when will yumi come? " Yara asked

"after 2 or 3 hours, she'll be fine, and we'll leave her here "

"oh! "

Then yara's dad asked: 

"how do we keep spirits away from our house ? "

Rio took a big thread with shiny pearls on it, and the handed it to yara, saying: 

"hang this on you main door, and no spirit will enter your house ever again"

So they did, yumi came shortly after. And after that, they lived happily. With Yara always remembering her encounter with a spirit.
